Panel Presentation Session OPN23
Driving Large Scale Open Education and MOOC Initiatives
Date Thursday, Dec 1 Time – RoomCharlottenburg I
Managing large scale projects in a centralised educational environment is no easy feat. The similarities shared by a group of German and Russian universities doing just this will shed light on the challenges, successes and "open questions" of the transition they encountered when they decided to take OER and MOOCs to the next level.
How did they consider local institutional input, technical issues around platforms and portals, qualifications of content creators, licencing user participation and financial models? Join for a discussion around these questions and more.
