Gina Alexandris
Senior Progam Director, Ryerson University, Canada
Gina Alexandris is the Senior Program Director for the Ryerson Law Practice Program (LPP), an innovative transition year training program for lawyers in Ontario, Canada. Working with Ryerson's Chang School of Continuing Education, the LPP brings to life a virtual simulated law firm experience providing professional skills training.
Gina is an experienced lawyer, adult educator and coach. She received a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1991 and a Master of Education from the University of Toronto in 2012.
Gina practised civil litigation and family law in Toronto. She then spent 12 years with Osgoode Hall Law School York University, as Director of Career Services, then as Assistant Dean of Student Services. In 2009, Gina moved to the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Law where she developed and directed the Internationally Trained Lawyers Program.
With her husband Nikos, much of Gina's free time is spent near a soccer field as a proud soccer mom to her teenage son.
